Job summary

Townsquare Interactive is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for an in-office role at our Uptown Charlotte office. You’ll learn through best-in-class training, make outbound calls, qualify leads, conduct virtual demos, and close new business.

No prior sales experience required; a BA/BS degree preferred. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, generous PTO, and comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce our digital marketing platform.
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive results.
• Conduct virtual demos and close new business.
• Focus on new client acquisition (no account management).
