Townsquare Interactive in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Digital Sales Representative to join our in-office team at the Uptown location. You’ll begin with hands-on coaching and a structured training program to build real-world digital marketing sales skills and confidence.

No prior sales experience is required; we value coachability, strong communication, grit, and a desire to grow. You will learn to position website design, SEO, social media, and reputation management to help small businesses

Qualifications

• No sales experience required; growth-focused.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and coachability.
• Strong work ethic and determination.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to our digital marketing platform.
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions that drive real results.
• Conduct virtual demos and close new business.
• Focus on new client acquisition (no account management).
