Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders via phone and email.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new ones.
• Understand and interpret technical requirements; provide product information and solutions.
• Develop sales opportunities through research, prospecting, rapport building, and preparing quotations.
• Close new accounts and process orders accurately.
• Analyze competitor information and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Review customer buying history to recommend related and new products.
• Maintain communication systems and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry developments.
• Take ownership of goals and consistently look for ways to add value.
