Job summary

Koalafi is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to prospect new business at small to medium retailers for our lease-to-own option. You will build and manage a full pipeline from first contact through onboarding and aim to meet or exceed KPIs and budgets as part of a high-performance sales team.

You will make high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries, delivering presentations by phone or Zoom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer contact experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage merchant partners from first contact to onboarding.
• Own full sales cycle end-to-end: qualify, present, close, onboard.
• Make high-volume outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries.
• Deliver presentations by phone and via Zoom.
