Job summary

Koalafi is hiring for an Inside Sales role in Richmond, VA. You will own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, prospecting and onboarding new retail partners for Koalafi's lease‑to‑own options, with uncapped commissions.

You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, deliver presentations by phone or Zoom, and communicate via email throughout onboarding. The role demands 1+ year sales experience and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or customer contact experience.
• Competitive, driven, entrepreneurial.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, prospect, qualify, present, close, and onboard new retail partners on Koalafi's lease‑to‑own options.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospects and merchant partners, delivering sales presentations by phone and via Zoom.
• Communicate consistently via email throughout the sales and onboarding process.
• Follow Koalafi's established sales process from first contact through onboarding, prioritizing activity to maximize results.
• Generate sales reports and support the Inside Sales Manager.
