Job summary

Perfection Chain Products in Cullman, Alabama is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This office-based role works with an Outside Sales Representative to grow business within an assigned territory and to maintain relationships with existing customers.

You will identify new opportunities, prepare quotations, manage quotes, respond to inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with production, purchasing, and shipping to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial products is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with order management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Outside Sales to grow the designated territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Proactively contact customers and prospects to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on quotes, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and shipping to meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through additional product offerings and customer development.
• Work with production, purchasing, and shipping to meet customer expectations.
• Contribute to achieving territory sales goals and company objectives.
