Perfection Chain Products in Cullman, Alabama is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This office-based role collaborates with Outside Sales to grow territory revenue, maintain customer relationships, prepare quotes, and respond to inquiries.

Ideal candidates have inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with order management systems preferred.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Outside Sales to manage and grow territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Proactively contact customers and prospects to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on quotes, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Outside Sales Representative on customer needs and territory growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales through additional product offerings.
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and shipping departments to meet customer expectations.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and order details.
• Contribute to achieving established territory sales goals and company objectives.
