Job summary

WMH Solutions in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to grow our parts, service, and aftermarket business throughout Alabama. This is a field-based, outside B2B sales role with a clear emphasis on prospecting, relationship-building, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

You’ll develop proposals, manage a field territory, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver WMH solutions. Comp includes base salary plus commission and allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Outside B2B or territory sales experience.
• Experience selling to manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, construction or industrial customers.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B customers in your assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face customer visits and outbound prospecting.
• Identify parts, service, maintenance, and equipment-support opportunities.
• Build relationships with operations leaders, maintenance teams, facility managers, and purchasing contacts.
• Develop proposals and present solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversation through close.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate customer information in CRM.
