Job summary

SS Industries LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Collegeville, PA to qualify leads, present solutions, and close deals over the phone. You will work with our engineering team on technical drawings and gain deep product knowledge to deliver a consultative sales experience for homeowners and builders.

The role requires 2+ years of B2C sales, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with discretionary consumer products (inside sales or outside sales).
• Experience selling to end users/customers (B2C).
• Experience in home remodeling/renovation/construction is highly preferred
• Technical aptitude to understand blueprints and building plans
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to act independently and think critically to problem solve
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport quickly with company-provided leads to effectively navigate the sales process and close deals.
• Collaborate with the internal engineering team on technical drawings for customers
• Develop a robust understanding of our products to provide a consultative sales experience for our customers
• Address customer concerns and objections, leveraging product knowledge and benefits
• Produce clear next step reports for pipeline activity
• Manage customer information in Salesforce
