Fessenden Hall Inc. in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own and grow a defined book of accounts. You will reach out proactively, convert quotes into orders, and build lasting customer relationships to drive measurable growth.

This on-site role requires 2+ years of B2B inside sales, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will work with Field Sales to coordinate stock, pricing, and timely order fulfillment while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; minimum 2+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience required.
• Experience in countertop, cabinetry, woodworking, or building materials is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an assigned account list - daily planned outbound calls, proactive dormant-account reactivation, and cross-selling on open orders.
• Own quote-to-order conversion for non-stock and special-order items, following up within 1-2 business days on every open quote.
• Partner with assigned Field Sales Representatives as a shared account team - own stock checks, pricing, and order expediting so customers don't have to bypass inside sales to reach the field.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries to facilitate product purchases and deliver superior customer experience.
• Build sustainable customer relationships through open, interactive communication and a solutions-oriented mindset.
