Job summary

The role centers on building relationships with customers in the building materials industry through proactive outreach and efficient order handling. You’ll use CRM tools, perform outbound calls, support the outside sales team, and deliver excellent customer service while processing orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in inside sales or B2B sales is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions daily.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads and opportunities.
• Support outside sales team in account management and order processing.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals.
• Track sales performance using CRM and report findings.
• Drive outbound calls and manage at least 15 customers daily.
