Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure consistent delivery and management of expectations.

• Understand the organization’s operations, opportunities, competitive landscape and trends to improve service and profitability.
• Conduct pre-sale development and track success of sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with staff to develop and maintain profiles for the organization.
• Manage client expectations, experience and deadlines.
• Coordinate activities such as trade shows, client visits and webinars.
• Analyze project job costing and profit margins to inform adjustments.
