Sager Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Lewisville, TX team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling quotes, processing orders, and proactively keeping clients informed about shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution, sales, or customer service.
• Strong computer proficiency including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professional tone and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships using product knowledge to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical details, pricing, delivery, and order status.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Management to identify and execute strategies for new and existing opportunities.
• Partner with supplier representatives and customer purchasing contacts to support ongoing sales initiatives.
• Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales goals and profit margin targets.
• Resolve customer questions, issues, and complaints professionally and collaboratively.
