Job summary

High Value Signs is seeking a Technical Sales Associate-Inside Sales to respond to signage inquiries, perform site surveys, prepare quotes, and coordinate with Design & Estimating. This full-time role is based in Irving, TX, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm.

You will work in a consultative, detail-oriented environment, using CRM and project-management tools, and collaborating with a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn technical products and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming signage inquiries and conduct discovery.
• Perform site surveys to capture pictures and measurements.
• Prepare quick quotes and submit work orders to Design & Estimating.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions and close deals.
