Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking an Inside Sales professional to build strong client relationships and support sales across counter, showroom, and online channels. You will quote prices, assist walk-in customers, and coordinate with outside reps and internal teams.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, accurate order entry, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining showroom inventory while upholding FBM's safety and customer-service standards. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Warehouse work which includes forklift experience/training.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
