• A confident, friendly phone presence that stays positive with frustrated customers.
• Organization and follow-through, and comfort learning new software.
• Drive to grow your career and earn more as you perform.
• Experience in security, alarm, home services, or telecom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound calls and web leads into appointments, booked directly with the right sales consultant.
• Sell upgrades to existing customers over the phone.
• Work to keep existing customers happy who are calling with problems or are moving out of their home or business.
• Reach out to existing customers who could benefit from video, fire, or other upgrades.
• Track every call and outcome, and work with sales, service, and administration across all five branches.
