Security Equipment Supply (SES) in Lenexa, KS is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to maintain and expand relationships with customers, make outbound calls and visits, and drive revenue in the assigned territory.

The role emphasizes achieving sales and margin goals, leveraging RM to manage prospects, and collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Logistics to deliver solutions and support growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales or business development.
• Three years of related sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of low voltage products and solutions is preferred.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Make outbound calls and visits to customers within the assigned territory and follow up on leads.
• Touch base with customers monthly or more often as needed.
• Achieve personal sales and gross margin goals as directed by management and participate in commission plans.
• Use RM to track and convert prospects to customers and manage quotes and orders.
• Coordinate sales with Sales Management, Marketing, Accounting, and Logistics.
• Maintain industry knowledge through training and partnerships.
