Team Architects Ltd in Texas is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth by engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals using our CRM.

You will build strong relationships, evaluate opportunities in real estate and mineral rights, and represent the company at industry events while maintaining accurate CRM records. This role offers base pay with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, oil and gas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and close deals using leads in our CRM (FollowUpBoss).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Evaluate real estate and mineral rights opportunities for maximum profitability.
• Represent Rising Phoenix at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the CRM.
