Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Montana to build strong customer relationships, provide product guidance, and deliver exceptional service from the front counter through tailored proposals.

The role covers order management, showroom inventory, freight coordination, cash handling, and collaboration with outside sales. Base pay ranges $24–$28 per hour with full benefits and growth opportunities.

• Provide knowledge on products and generate accurate quotes and proposals.
• Assist walk-in customers and handle inquiries or complaints promptly.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Support: maintain professional communication with customers and drive profitable sales.
• Order Management & Communication: enter orders, pricing, and data; respond to quotes via multiple channels; collaborate with sales and internal teams.
• Inventory & Showroom Operations: maintain stock, organize showroom, coordinate deliveries and logistics; negotiate freight rates.
