This role focuses on providing superior customer service and supporting the outside sales team in converting requests for quotes into sales orders. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with workplace tools like Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task while paying close attention to detail.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Competent in key workplace tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Ability to travel.
• Physical requirements include lifting 25 pounds and performing various physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive accurate and complete sales order capture from RFQ to order.
• Support the outside sales team in crafting and delivering quotes.
• Source new sales opportunities and close sales orders.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations during sales.
• Maintain the integrity of the quote log.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
