New Castle Building Products in Bucks County, PA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver friendly, responsive service to customers and help drive sales.

You will prepare quotes, generate work orders, handle returns, coordinate with the branch manager, and build knowledge of our building materials. Training is available for the right candidate, and a team-focused environment awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a can do, customer service first attitude.
• Basic math skills.
• A good memory to retain working knowledge of building materials.
• Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication or metal roofing is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Preparing quotes for potential customers.
• Preparing computer generated work orders for customers.
• Handle and process customer returns.
• Work closely with Branch Manager.
• Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold.
• Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher.
• Occasional purchasing of inventory.
• Maintain material stock in showroom.
• You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.
