Job summary

Denver Industrial Pumps, a SunSource company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow sales by defining, measuring, analyzing, improving and controlling activities that will lead to increased sales. Relocation for this position will be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years in pump inside sales/customer service.
• Strong inside sales skills with ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and data entry skills.
• Proficient PC skills; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about company products and services.
• Process phone orders, check stock, quote pricing, and fill orders.
• Maintain data on partners, accounts and activities; document interactions.
• Demonstrate products via technology (MS Teams) and emphasize features.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and related requests.
• Engage in training to advance product, market and technical knowledge.
• Assist outside sales by preparing price quotes and sourcing products.
