This position may require travel up to 50% domestically and internationally; relocation support is provided for qualified candidates who can work in the USA without visa support.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical discipline with 2+ years in pump inside sales/customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
• Process phone orders, check stock, shipping dates, quotes, and fill orders; track stock levels.
• Maintain data for partners, accounts, and activities; document interactions.
• Demonstrate products via technology and emphasize salable features.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and related requests.
• Attend training programs offered by manufacturers to gain product/market knowledge.
• Assist outside sales with price quotes and sourcing product.
