Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the team onsite in Destin, FL (or nearby locations). The role focuses on preparing pricing proposals, supporting bids, and providing product information to outside sales reps to drive sales in the utility market.

You will develop customer documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and manage the full order-to-invoice process while adhering to HSE requirements. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
• Knowledge of lighting, plumbing fixtures and/or appliance products preferred.
• Sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across various projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and assisting with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives, supporting efforts to generate sales in the utility market segment.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation that outlines product information and solution details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely order fulfillment, and resolution of technical or service-related issues.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards are upheld and all corrective actions and field quality reports are managed effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and complete other duties as assigned.
