Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of sales, business development, customer service, construction services, equipment rental, or related experience.
• Strong prospecting and relationship development skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of modular construction, commercial construction, portable storage, equipment rental, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment criminal records check

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and lead generation within an assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers in construction, education, healthcare, government, industrial, energy, commercial, and infrastructure markets.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, lease agreements, and supporting sales documentation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the rental lifecycle and support pipeline reviews.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer information, opportunities, forecasts, and reporting.
• Promote Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
