BOXX Modular rents, leases, repairs, renovates and sells temporary and permanent modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed solutions. We work with our customers to plan and provide workplace solutions, and supply additional services such as delivery and installation, furniture rentals and more.

We have an opening for a Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in Gainesville, GA who is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, lead generation, business development, opportunity management, and sales support activities within an assigned territory. The ISR serves as a key link between customers, field sales, branch operations, service teams, and corporate support functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the rental lifecycle.

The ideal candidate for the ISR role actively identifies new business opportunities, develops customer relationships, supports VAPS growth initiatives, promotes BOXX Modular products and services, and utilizes Salesforce CRM to manage sales activities, customer information, pipeline development, and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development & Prospecting

• Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis, project tracking, networking, cold calling, digital prospecting, and industry intelligence.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers in construction, education, healthcare, government, industrial, energy, commercial, and infrastructure markets.
• Maintain target account and prospect lists within assigned territory.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and targeted market penetration programs.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, lease agreements, and supporting sales documentation.
• Follow up on active opportunities to advance deals through the sales process.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the rental lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, contacts, activities, opportunities, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Ensure timely entry of quotes, customer interactions, follow-up activities, and market intelligence.
• Track sales activity metrics and support reporting requirements.
• Assist with pipeline reviews, forecasting, and branch sales planning.
• Support Salesforce adoption and data quality initiatives.

VAPS Growth & Revenue Development

• Promote Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve VAPS attachment rates on rentals and projects.
• Support VAPS reporting, program initiatives, and growth objectives.
• Coordinate with branch operations to ensure product availability and successful execution.

Customer Experience & Retention

• Conduct proactive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns by coordinating with operations and service teams.

Operational Coordination

• Work closely with branch operations, service technicians, delivery coordinators, and management teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
• Communicate customer requirements and project schedules to operational teams.
• Provide market feedback regarding product availability, customer preferences, fleet conditions, and emerging opportunities.

Marketing & Industry Engagement

• Represent BOXX Modular during trade shows, networking events, customer visits, and industry functions.
• Promote BOXX Modular as the preferred modular space solutions provider.
• Support branch-specific marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of sales, business development, customer service, construction services, equipment rental, or related experience.
• Strong prospecting and relationship development skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of modular construction, commercial construction, portable storage, equipment rental, or related industries preferred.
