Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience; computer literate and telephone experience.
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for selling, negotiating and closing.
• Attention to detail when evaluating customer accounts and orders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales calls, faxes and emails.
• Generate and follow up on quotes for all products.
• Process sales orders and enter return orders, credits and debits.
• Meet customer service needs and resolve issues in a team environment.
