Wieland Group in Coppell, TX is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage inquiries, quotations, and orders while ensuring accurate, timely communication with customers and internal teams.

This on-site role collaborates with Outside Sales, Scheduling, Production, and Logistics to support sales targets, analyze costs and margins, and uphold Wieland's safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; metals or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Understanding of sales processes, order management, customer service, and basic business calculations.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with customers, coworkers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, lead times, order status, and service needs.
• Prepare and manage quotations, order entries, acknowledgments, and related sales documentation.
• Review orders for accuracy and alignment with pricing, inventory, and delivery expectations.
• Partner with Outside Sales to support accounts and follow up on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Production, Logistics, Finance to support fulfillment and issues.
• Analyze costs, conversions, and margins to support sales objectives.
