Job summary

Technical Safety Services LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow our national presence. You will manage a sales pipeline, educate customers, and drive inbound/outbound calls to hit monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in sales, strategic customer relationship management, or related experience.
• A bachelor’s degree is considered a plus
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system to document productivity and report pipeline expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and execute day-to-day sales and marketing initiatives.
• Own and manage a pipeline of customer prospects with a CRM.
• Successfully educate, strategize, and sell to customers through email, inbound, and outbound calling.
• Become knowledgeable in the full suite of company service offerings and adapt recommendations to client needs.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.
• Deliver superior customer service on all calls and email.
• Other duties as assigned.
