Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Houston, TX location. This onsite role supports the Inside Sales & Customer Service team by handling customer calls, processing orders, and following up to close sales.

You will write bids, manage quotes, and coordinate with Outside Sales to ensure top-tier account service. The position requires 2+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by answering incoming customer calls, solving problems, entering orders and completing follow-up procedures.
• Maximizes customer contact on the phone by turning product inquiries into orders; suggests accessories or replacement items to customers.
• Writes bids and quotations when appropriate and performs follow-up procedures.
• Documents all customer contact and sales activities in the ACS system.
• Communicates with Outside Sales to ensure account management and customer service for new and existing customers.
• Supports Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing plan.
• Keeps current on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products.
• Attends product and sales training meetings as required.
• Updates and maintains database.
