Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative in Houston, TX. The role focuses on handling inbound calls, solving problems, entering orders, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction, while turning inquiries into orders and suggesting accessories or replacements.

Responsibilities include writing bids/quotations, documenting all sales activity in the ACS system, and collaborating with Outside Sales to grow accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; fast learner.
• MS Office proficiency; typing 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, solve problems, enter orders and follow up.
• Maximize orders from product inquiries; suggest accessories or replacements.
• Write bids and quotations and perform follow-up procedures.
• Document all customer contact and sales activities in the ACS system.
• Communicate with Outside Sales to ensure account management and customer service.
• Support Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing plan.
• Stay current on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products; attend trainings.
• Update and maintain database.
