Job summary

Amazon Hose and Rubber, a SunSource company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will engage new prospects, support existing clients, and work closely with Account Managers to grow sales revenue and build lasting relationships.

You’ll assess customer needs, process orders, review inventory, and identify upsell opportunities while explaining technical concepts clearly to customers in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years inside sales experience in hose/fluids or construction.
• Strong communication and technical explanation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by engaging new prospects and supporting existing clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development.
• Assess customer needs, process orders, and ensure satisfaction.
• Review inventory and maximize gross profit margins.
• Identify upsell opportunities and guide customers to solutions.
• Support technical discussions and product recommendations via phone or email.
