Job summary

Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company in Geismar, LA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our growing sales team. You will be the primary contact for customers, helping identify hydraulic, pneumatic, automation, and industrial solutions for their applications.

Build relationships, prepare quotes, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and support Outside Sales in delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Industrial Sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and provide solution-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Prepare quotes, sales orders, and product recommendations.
• Understand customer applications and suggest value-driven solutions.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives with customer opportunities.
• Prospect new customers and develop additional business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on product availability and lead times.
• Work with Shipping & Receiving to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist with inventory control and product management.
