Job summary

Amazon Hose and Rubber, a SunSource company, in Tampa, FL, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a strong technical background and a customer-service mindset. You will engage with prospects, support existing clients, and collaborate with Account Managers to grow sales revenue.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inside sales within hoses or related industries, excellent English and Spanish communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. College degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in hose or related industries.
• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of hose applications and product use.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, including explaining technical concepts.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
• Languages: Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer support.
• Engage with new prospects and support existing clients to grow revenue.
• Partner with Account Managers and Business Development teams.
• Assess customer needs, process orders, and ensure satisfaction.
• Review inventory and profitability to maximize gross margins.
• Identify upsell opportunities and guide customers to solutions.
