Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an LCUR inside Sales Specialist to be the trusted advisor for customers seeking Light Commercial HVAC replacements. You will use your product knowledge to deliver excellent customer experiences and resolve issues, while collaborating with Sales Office teams.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in business and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Functions as inside sales representative and liaison between customers and the Commercial Sales Office.
• Develop good working relationships with new and existing customer base.
• Increase sales to existing accounts by collaborating with Account Managers in Systems, Service, Contracting and Parts.
• Assist customers with problems and/or needs.
• Manage pricing and proposals using Salesforce and worksite.
