Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an LCUR inside Sales Specialist to be the trusted advisor for Light Commercial HVAC needs. You will work with customers to understand requirements, explain product offerings, and deliver superior service that drives satisfaction and growth.

In this role you will collaborate with Account Managers, utilize Salesforce for pricing and proposals, and maintain accurate records. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales and coordinating with the Sales Office.
• Ability to build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with pricing and proposals in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Serve as inside sales liaison between customers and the Commercial Sales Office.
• Develop good working relationships with new and existing customer base.
• Increase sales to existing accounts by working with Account Managers in Systems, Service, Contracting and Parts.
• Maintain records of sales and customer information in Salesforce.
• Assist with credit applications, approvals, and collections.
