APEX, within the Great Day Improvements family, is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our inside sales and customer experience team in Bedford Heights, OH. You will handle inbound and outbound calls across the U.S., delivering product information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in call center or customer service roles, strong communication skills, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in home improvement or related industry.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; ability to update and retrieve customer records accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product information and scheduling consultations.
• Promote products and services, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales and customer experience targets; contribute to team success.
• Update and maintain customer records in our CRM platforms for timely follow-up.
• Assist with customer concerns, using problem-solving techniques and escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate scheduling across product lines.
• Develop product knowledge across brand offerings to provide tailored recommendations.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
