APEX Windows & Bath is seeking an experienced in-home sales representative who can connect with homeowners, identify needs, present solutions, and confidently ask for the sale. This role emphasizes pre-set appointments, professional consultations, and closing high-ticket home-improvement projects such as baths, showers, and window replacements.

Ideal candidates will have proven in-home remodeling sales experience, the ability to build rapport, and a track record of handling financing discussions

Qualifications

Experience in in-home remodeling sales preferred.
Experience in bath or window sales is a plus.
Experience in home-improvement sales across roofing, HVAC, flooring, solar or related areas is helpful.
Experience in one-call-close environments is advantageous.
Experience with financing discussions and closing large-ticket sales is valued.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home consultations to identify homeowner needs and propose solutions.
Present products, discuss financing options and handle objections to close sales.
Build rapport with homeowners and turn opportunities into completed installations.
Represent APEX Windows & Bath with professional conduct and product knowledge.
