Job summary

Yankee Home Improvement in Chicopee, MA is seeking an Inside Sales / Call Center Representative. You will speak with homeowners who have expressed interest, build rapport, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for our Sales Reps. Training is included and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Compensation is $18-$20 per hour with uncapped bonuses based on successful appointments, plus 90-day coaching and advancement opportunities in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
