Job summary

Constellation Energy Corporation in Baltimore, MD, is seeking Inside Sales representatives for a fast-paced call center environment. You will focus on customer acquisition with no cold calling, diagnosing customer needs and offering our Home Comfort solutions, especially water heaters (gas/electric) and IAQ products.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience or more with a High School diploma/GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience in sales and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced, professional call center environment
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to work independently and multitask

Responsibilities

• Describe, promote and sell home comfort products and services (water heaters, duct cleaning, humidifiers, air cleaners, extended warranties)
• Process sales orders, extended warranties, credits, exchanges and coordinate installation/service
• Coordinate and schedule installation of water heaters and IAQ products
• Maintain knowledge of current products and pricing; attend training sessions
• Make outbound follow-up calls to inquired customers
