Job summary

Service Experts, LLC Air Engineers seeks a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) to diagnose home comfort needs and offer tailored HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, leveraging internal leads and personal prospecting.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales (preferably B2C), strong negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to educate customers on technical concepts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, with a preference for direct-to-consumer (B2C) selling.
• Strong business development abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and a talent for closing sales.
• Demonstrated ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate customer concerns into business solutions.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to navigate residential environments (ladders, attics, basements, crawl spaces).
• Flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.
