Bar None Auction seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth for heavy equipment, commercial trucks, and farm equipment. You will engage customers via inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, and support Territory Sales Reps with timely follow-up to maximize opportunities.

You’ll build lasting relationships, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, clarifying needs and opportunities.
• Qualify leads and generate follow-up opportunities for Territory Sales Representatives.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to nurture prospects and existing customers.
• Document interactions and update CRM with accuracy and detail.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a seamless experience.
