Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associates degree from an accredited academic institution or commensurate industry experience.
• Knowledge of Capital values and delivering customer-focused service.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects with high-quality results.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and engage customers and team members.
• Strong sense of urgency for goal achievement.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes orders from customers by phone, providing pricing, product and delivery information.
• Assists customers at the walk-in counter with information or product guidance.
• Fields inquiries by phone and in-person, providing quotes from price books and product data.
• Coordinates orders with yard personnel and internal account managers.
• Maintains product knowledge and supports inventory and order status communications.
