Capital Electric in Bluffton, SC is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to maintain, identify and grow our customer base, provide consistent and superior service, and help increase sales and margins.

You will quote projects, manage orders, work with contractors, government, commercial and industrial clients, negotiate pricing, enter orders, set up customers on blankets, and support sales counter while staying courteous and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with preference for electrical distribution exposure.
• Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Eclipse is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations.
• Provide accurate project management of project orders.
• Work with contractor, government, commercial and industrial customers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and customers.
• Enter orders for different jobs and set up blanket accounts.
• Follow up on product deliveries and support sales counters.
• Maintain courtesy and professionalism with customers.
• Multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
