Capital Electric is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to maintain and grow our customer base, deliver timely project quotations, manage project orders, and provide exceptional customer service across contractor, government, commercial, and industrial accounts. Responsibilities include negotiating pricing, entering orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting the sales counter.

A solid customer service background and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential, with Eclipse knowledge

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1-2 years counter experience in electrical distribution preferred.
• Solid customer service background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite with Eclipse knowledge preferred.
• Good numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate project quotations.
• Manage project orders and related details.
• Serve multiple customer types (contractors, government, commercial, industrial).
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and customers.
• Enter orders for different jobs and customers.
• Set up customers on blankets where applicable.
• Follow up on product deliveries and support sales counter.
• Maintain courtesy and professionalism toward customers.
• Prioritize tasks and multitask as needed.
• Undertake other duties as required.
