Job summary

Cameron Ashley Building Products Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive sales growth across a regional footprint. You will leverage product knowledge to position our insulation, roofing, drywall, and siding offerings to existing and new customers.

You will frequently make outbound calls, process orders and quotes, and collaborate with the sales team to expand market share. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience with demonstrated success including outbound calls/cold calling.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Building products industry experience helpful.
• Up to 10% Travel.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with new, existing, and potential customers to build relationships.
• Hunts for new business and makes outbound sales including cold calls.
• Sell Core 4 Product Categories – Insulation, Roofing, Gypsum, and Siding.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
