Job summary

IDI Insulation is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow regional revenue by managing inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and prospecting for new business. You will support outside sales and maintain accurate records in HubSpot while developing qualified opportunities.

The role emphasizes CRM discipline, collaboration with internal teams, and effective communication with homeowners and contractors. Prior insulation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of insulation products and applications (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Manage and follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner.
• Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Handle orders and product inquiries for homeowners and one-time customers (1TCs).
• Provide customers with product recommendations and basic technical product information.
• Escalate larger opportunities and contractor accounts to the appropriate outside sales representative.
