You will operate in a fast-paced office with uncapped commissions and a focus on growing revenue while balancing multiple projects with urgency.

Qualifications

• Need strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with cold prospecting and sales cycles is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office for reporting and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop full truckload business throughout North America
• Prospect for leads, including heavy cold calling
• Manage existing accounts to retain and grow business
• Negotiate service(s) and price with customers
• Generate new sales revenue independently
