Job summary

Wismettac Asian Foods Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Rep I to handle outbound calls from existing customers and independently generate sales by marketing product lines. You will manage new and existing accounts, negotiate terms, and uphold strong customer relationships.

The role requires knowledge of sales methods, proficiency with office software, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. This is an on-site position based in Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales and cold-calling methods and procedures.
• Familiarity with standard office software and equipment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use Oracle ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to existing customers and generate sales.
• Manage new and existing accounts and negotiate terms.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales growth goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and recommend substitutes for out-of-stock items.
• Provide pricing, delivery, inventory, and back-order information to customers.
• Offer competitive quotes based on purchase volume and market needs.
• Proactively contact customers to present products and services.
