Job summary

Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. in Honolulu is seeking an Inside Sales Rep I to handle outbound calls and drive sales across company product lines. You will manage existing accounts, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

The role requires knowledge of sales techniques, excellent communication, and proficiency with office software. This is an on-site position with benefits and performance-driven growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales and cold-calling methods and procedures.
• Familiarity with office methods and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Effective communication skills internally and externally via phone, email, and in person.
• Good organization skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls from existing customers and independently generate sales.
• Maintain current customer information including contracts and inventory requirements.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales growth goals with management.
• Provide product information including pricing, delivery, and back-order details.
• Negotiate quotes based on purchase volume to offer competitive pricing.
• Reach out to end-users to present products and meet sales quotas.
• Understand target market and marketing goals to effectively communicate messages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
